MEDIATION

In many disputes, the formal court process can be needlessly difficult and divisive. Mediation is often an option to resolve such disputes where there are complex issues that can be better solved outside of the formal court process.

Our principal Terence J. O’Sullivan is a CEDR accredited mediator and we can therefore offer our private and commercial clients the option of mediation to resolve any dispute. In our experience, we have found mediation of particular use in respect of the following types of dispute:

• Employment Law Disputes where the relationship has broken down between Employer and Employee
• Commercial Law Disputes between Shareholders in a company and the Directors of the company
• Family Law Disputes
