» www.lrc.ie – Labour Relations Commission. Contains all the necessary procedures and forms for bringing complaints before the Rights Commissioner Service.
» www.eatribunal.ie – Website of the Employment Appeals Tribunal, containing relevant forms for download, and a searchable database of decisions.
» www.entemp.ie – Dept of Enterprise, Trade and Employment. Contains a Redundancy Payments Calculator and offers useful information on Employment legislation.
» www.equalitytribunal.ie – Website of The Equality Tribunal, which hears disputes referred under the Employment Equality Acts, i.e. where you have been discriminated in the workplace on one of nine different grounds.
