Mediation

In many disputes, the formal court process can be needlessly difficult and divisive. Mediation is often an option to resolve such disputes where there are complex issues that can be better solved outside of the formal court process. Our principal Terence J. In our experience, we have found mediation of particular use in respect of the following types of dispute:-

  • Employment Law Disputes where the relationship has broken down between Employer and Employee
  • Commercial Law Disputes between Shareholders in a company and the Directors of the company
  • Family Law Disputes

  • Personal Injury Claims: Society frowns on those who bring claims arising from accidents caused by others. The simple fact is, however, that if you suffer injury as a result of an accident that is not your fault, it can immediately deprive you of your salary and means by which you can pay your mortgage, household bills and outgoings. We have the experience to ensure that you are fully and adequately compensated for any injury that results from the wrong or negligence of another
  • We can provide representation on your behalf before all Courts, Tribunals and at Inquests including Coroner’s Inquests
